Introducing Mags.

Craig has been chosen for this team for many reasons. Craig spent part of his life defending this country. He is a U.S. Marine. Understanding up front that he would be all black or white and able to exclude the grey in life is a talent that so few have. It requires great disapline as well as a belief  in a system and the understanding of the hows and whys with in it. Craig has started in the Production Engineering Department. Here he is in charge of our Culinary Department as well as our Stinky Stiqs which are a hit with all who have had them.
